    The staff were helpful and attentive. The room had fine ocean views and provided easy access to the facilities.

    We had an very nice stay with our grandchildren, enjoying the vibrant atmosphere at the nearby Woobar, where we danced to the latest beats by talented DJs. The views were fine, and the hospitality at the resort made our family getaway special.

    In my wife's opinion, more family-friendly options at the pool would make the stay better.

    W Bali was fantastic. The service was impecccable. Even the buggy service was very prompt, we called for it and within 5 mins the buggy arrived. We just wished the Retreat had a kids club with baby sitting facilities like other Hotels and resorts we have stayed at. So the adults could go out for a few hours with the knowledge the kids are safe and having fun. Apart from that we have no complaints about W Retreat Bali, we will certainly visit again. The staff were fantastic. Kudos to the staff and management of W Retreat & Spa Bali. Well done !

    Had a blast with my friends! We danced the night away at Woobar with hot international DJs and soaked up the sun at the beachfront. The pool was perfect for chilling out, and the vibe was so much fun! Don't forget to hit away spa. It's a must! The staff were friendly and super helpful.

    The reception greeting was a bit underwhelming for a five-star experience. No one really showed us around, and we had some issues with bathroom privacy since it's all open. It made things a tad awkward when someone needed access while the shower was on.

    We loved our stay at W. Our villa was absolutely breathtaking and we didn't want to leave. We can't wait to return.

    The restaurants and bars are quite expensive. We chose to eat out of the resort at the local restaurants.

    We stayed one bedroom pool villa. The room was spacious and has small but beautiful pool. It has Boss audio system, so guests can play music with their ipod/iphone. The audio system is worked not only in the room but also at the cavana, located right aside pool. Enough room amenities from Bliss and pretty purple-colored room sleepers. The bed of W hotels is always the best.

    It's difficult to go out from resort by walk. Calling taxi is required.

    The spa treatments were great, and we loved lounging by the outdoor pool. Just a heads up, the mini bar charges were kind of surprising, so maybe stick to the local stores for snacks 😊

    We booked a pool villa with super comfy beds and loved it. Having a personal safe, climate control and a minibar was very convenient. The hotel was set in a beachfront area really close to Seminyak square, shopping, restaurants, bars, many restaurants and the beachfront.
